CHAPTER OBJECTIVES
- Enhance the careers of energy and facility management professionals in Oklahoma
- Promote public awareness and education in all facets of energy management
- Provide a forum where local energy management professionals can meet and interact
- Assist local AEE members to maintain certifications
CHAPTER ACTIVITIES
- Monthly Board planning meetings, three quarterly three-hour Lunch-and-Learn meetings with speakers. These typically start at 8:30 am, and are followed by lunch withc is provided at about 11:30 am.
- Monthly newsletter
- Annual educational conference or seminar (in 2010, the Oklahoma Green Building Summit)
- Scholarships
Regular monthly Board Meetings are usually held at 11:30 am on the third Monday of each month – check for location. Guests are welcome. Quarterly Lunch-and-Learn Meetings are scheduled early each year. Occasionally we schedule a visit to a local facility in place of the Lunch-and-Learn meeting.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership dues are $100 per year, and include the Lunch-and-Learn meetings with lunch provided and our monthly newsletter. The newsletter is a great resourse for keeping up with current energy issues.
